This will be a joint luncheon with DBIA and will be a panel review of the MV22 Aviation Complex, MCAS New River, the World's Largest Marine Corps Building. The $157M facility was a compilation of multiple funded MILCON projects, both design-build and design-bid-build.

The speakers will include NAVFAC CIBL Engineer Bill Swaney, Haskell's Senior Project Manager Michael McCarthy and Project Design Principal Kenneth Boeser. The presentation will feature design/construction process, as well as risks/metrics and outcomes associated with each delivery type.
