Golf Information
Industry Day Golf will be held at Eagle Landing Golf Club in Orange Park, Florida, near NAS Jacksonville, with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start (scramble format).
Golf registration is included with Titanium, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorships. Individual golf registration is $250, and Government/Military registration is $100.
Participants can compete for Closest-to-the-Pin, Longest Drive, and other prizes. Mulligans will be available for purchase, along with participation in the AR-15 Shootout competition.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the cancellation request form no later than February 3, 2027.
Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee per registration. No refunds will be issued after February 3, 2027; however, registrations may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued for sponsorships. This policy is necessary due to costs associated with printed materials, signage, promotional items, banners, and event graphics.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will NAVFAC Southeast be hosting a separate Industry Day event?
A: To our knowledge, there will not be a separate NAVFAC Southeast Industry Day at this time.
Q: Will the registration list be available prior to or after the conference?
A: We anticipate using the Whova app, in order to allow attendees to "opt in" and connect with other conference attendees.
Q: Will I earn Professional Development Hours (PDHs) by attending the SAME JAX 2027 Industry Day?
A: We anticipate that attendees participating in the technical training sessions will be eligible to earn Professional Development Hours (PDHs). Additional details regarding PDH availability and credit hours will be published as the agenda is finalized.
Q: Can sponsorships be paid by check?
A: Yes. Please use the meeting registration, and select the sponsorship level you want. When you get to the payment page, please click "Bypass Payment" and please mail a check in. (to save on Credit Card Processing fees, we prefer checks, if possible)
