The NAVFAC SE Industry Day (on 9 December at UNF Herbert Center) is not part of the SAME Jax Post Industry Day (on 10 December at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront), is a SEPARATE event, and will require SEPARATE registration. SAME Jax Post Sponsorships include exhibiting at the SAME Jax Post Industry Day at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront and DO NOT include exhibiting at the NAVFAC SE Industry Day event at UNF. The NAVFAC Event will not have Exhibit Opportunities available.

Q: If I want to attend both the NAVFAC SE Industry Day and the SAME Industry Day, do I need register for both?

A: Yes, please register for both events, separately. 

Q: Will the registration list be available after the conference?

A: Yes, for those who have opted in to have their information shared, we will publish the most recent list periodically, before the conference. 

Q: If am looking to Sponsor, can I pay by check?

A: Yes, please email [email protected] to reserve your sponsorship spot. We can then invoice you and your checks can then be made out to "SAME Jacksonville Post" and  mailed to:
